Improved equipment performance; Ensuring critical field assets operate safely, efficiently and predictably; Continuous improvement of maintenance systems and standards; Enhance structural integrity; Reduce downtime; Deliver sustained asset performance; Strengthen asset health visibility; Ensure issues are captured, addressed and prevented from recurring; Identify trends, optimise reliability and deliver long‑term asset improvements; Providing clear insights into asset performance and machine health; Avoid future breakdowns; Ensure field execution accurately reflects the intended maintenance strategy and system standards; Ensuring critical assets have effective, up‑to‑date lifecycle plans

Excellent problem-solving skills

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Mechanical or Electrical trade qualifications and / or tertiary qualification in relevant engineering discipline e. g. Reliability / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Condition Monitoring / Asset Management, Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Reliability Engineer, In depth knowledge relating to the maintenance of draglines, shovels and excavators, Proven capability in maintenance systems, failure analysis and asset health program development
Nice to Have
Previous experience with SAP or a similar ERP will be desirable
What You'll Do.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of condition monitoring programs
Embed and maintain structural integrity strategies across all field assets
Drive defect reporting
action management and defect elimination
Analyse the performance of draglines
shovels and excavators
Develop and maintain reliability and maintenance dashboards
Support and execute reliability engineering initiatives
Partner with Engineering teams and OEMs to investigate failures and refine service strategies
Align PRTs and maintenance job cards
Lead strategy and maintenance tactic reviews
Contribute to and champion continuous improvement initiatives
