Must Have

Bachelor's degree in business, science or healthcare administration, 7+ years of experience in reimbursement/market access, Successful experience working with complex insurance payer claims, denials, and appeals, Demonstrated knowledge in coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices, Experience engaging directly with HCPs in multiple sites of service, Excellent communication and in person and virtual presentation skills, Independent and team-oriented problem solving, Diligent self-motivated follow up, Direct experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, Managing project

Nice to Have

Implantable medical device experience, Experience with Neurology products, Coding certification (CPC, COC)

What You'll Do.

Provide support to optimize Inspire access

Minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers

Build relationships with providers

Build relationships with providers’ offices

Build relationships with Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Build relationships with hospital outpatient facilities

Collaborate with internal program prior authorization support services

Collaborate with field sales

Ensure all customer needs are met

Support patient therapy access

Communicate coverage challenges

Provide guidance on how to navigate and minimize

Engage with new accounts for billing and coding

Provide audit education

Provide program review support

Be the subject matter expert on coding

Impact patient access through complex problem solving

Communicate and explain Inspire reimbursement education

Support and resources to customers

Navigate and address individual account and patient access

Partner with external and internal stakeholders

Respond to client and internal partner requests for

Respond to Inspire program business reviews

Respond to reimbursement needs/support

Establish and maintain customer relationships

Execute on access and reimbursement strategic priorities

Identify and prioritize key accounts
