Must Have
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience, 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience, Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience, Deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes, Relay status reports on a regular basis, Proven presentation skills, Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, Excellent organizational skills, Computer literacy to include PowerPoint, Web Meeting experience, Valid driver's license, Clean driving record/ MVR
Nice to Have
Experience supporting oncology products, Previous field experience, Previous experience with specialty pharmacy, Account management experience
What You'll Do.
Manage assigned territory
Support patient reimbursement challenges
Provide assistance with benefit investigation
Provide assistance with prior authorization
Provide assistance with claims assistance
Provide assistance with appeals
Educate office on Payer landscape
Educate office on services available
Build relationships with physician offices
Build relationships with manufacturer representatives
Deliver services based on customer preferences
Collaborate with internal program hub support
Ensure customer needs are met
Interact via telephone with providers
Interact via telephone with internal staff
Arrange Manufacturer trainings
Arrange educational training venues
Provide on-site education
Provide on-demand education
Provide Lunch and Learns
Provide Dinner presentations
Educate on Benefit Investigation
Educate on Prior Authorization Process
Educate on Support Center Services
Educate on Medicare coverage
Educate on Commercial coverage
Educate on patient communication streams
Provide Reimbursement Support
