What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience, medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy, Experience in the healthcare industry including, but not limited to insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication, physician’s office or clinics, Must have Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience, Must be able to deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and relay status reports on a regular basis, Proven presentation skills and experience, Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and excellent organizational skills, Computer literacy to include PowerPoint and Web Meeting experience
Nice to Have
Previous field experience, Previous experience with specialty pharmacy, Account management experience, Experience supporting oncology products

Educate on Benefit Investigation
Educate on Prior Authorization Process
Educate on Support Center Services
Educate on Medicare and Commercial coverage
Educate on patient communication streams
Reimbursement Support on Case management
Reimbursement Support on billing and coding updates
Reimbursement Support on claims submission
Reimbursement Support on Specialty Pharmacy
Reimbursement Support on Medical Benefit Interpretation
Reimbursement Support on medical necessity
Reimbursement Support on claims and appeal assistance
Reimbursement Support on co-pay assistance
Reimbursement Support on patient assistance programs
Complete outbound calls
Assist in completing backlog casework
Interface with physicians
Interface with manufacturer representatives
Monitor program performance
Research provider information
Research manufacturer representative information
Compile provider information
Compile manufacturer representative information
