Previous field experience, Previous experience with specialty pharmacy, Account management experience

Manage assigned territory
Support Reimbursement and Patient services
Provide assistance with patient reimbursement challenges
Educate office on Payer landscape
Educate office on services available
Provide on-site and on-demand education
Educate on Benefit Investigation
Educate on Prior Authorization Process
Educate on Support Center Services
Educate on Medicare and Commercial coverage
Educate on patient communication streams
Provide Reimbursement Support
Monitor program performance
