Bachelor's degree in business, science or healthcare administration, 7+ years of experience in reimbursement/market access, Successful experience working with complex insurance payer claims, denials, and appeals, Demonstrated knowledge in coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices, Experience engaging directly with HCPs in multiple sites of service, Excellent communication and in person and virtual presentation skills, Independent and team-oriented problem solving, Diligent self-motivated follow up, Direct experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, Managing project

What You'll Do.

Provide support to optimize Inspire access

Minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers

Build relationships with providers

Build relationships with providers’ offices

Build relationships with Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Build relationships with hospital outpatient facilities

Work with internal program prior authorization support services

Work with field sales

Meet all customer needs

Support patient therapy access

Communicate coverage challenges across specific payer channels

Navigate and minimize potential hurdles

Engage with new accounts for billing and coding

Engage with new accounts for audit education

Engage with new accounts for program review support

Be the subject matter expert on coding

In this provider/customer facing role, you will be instrumental in providing support to optimize Inspire access and minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers. You will be building relationships with providers, providers’ offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospital outpatient facilities, as well as other cross functional internal and external stakeholders.
