Who You Are As a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director Level) at BridgeBio, you will work as an individual contributor, playing a crucial role in ensuring that patients have streamlined access to the company's products, therapies, and services while navigating complex reimbursement processes. The position interacts with large, complex accounts to support patient access within the aligned therapeutic area, proactively providing face-to-face education on access and affordability programs and patient support services to providers and staff to support integration of those products into office processes and workflows. This position involves a combination of strategic thinking, expertise in reimbursement, and an understanding of healthcare regulations.
