What They're Looking For.
Must Have
21+ years of age, Valid permanent driver’s license, 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Can lift up to 49 pounds, Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required
Nice to Have
Completed Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience in parcel delivery environment, Local market/geographic expertise, Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines, Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments, Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment with minimal direct supervision, Customer service skills
What You'll Do.
Navigate using GPS along a route of addresses
Track specific Geo Codes for addresses
Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions
Update records as needed
Interact with property managers to provide information
Record provided instructions or feedback
Address concerns with service levels
Observe deliveries in the field
Identify barriers to first-time delivery
Recommend solutions and improvements
Use assigned tools to manage time
Communicate with assigned dispatcher
Document feedback and audit results
Maintain a positive attitude
Represent the company in a positive manner
Adhere to the Vehicle Code of Conduct
Perform other additional duties as assigned
