What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing, Demonstrated experience in leading projects or programs within a regulated manufacturing environment, knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, Proven track record working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Experience with financial management related to project or operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting, Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of ISO 7 and ISO8, Practical knowledge of C&Q and validation process in regulated environments, Previous experience with manufacturing brownfield projects
What You'll Do.
Manage assigned tasks on construction site
Interact directly with contractor and subcontractors
Manage all elements of assigned project tasks
Identify project site threats
Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles
Drive application of standard processes
Ensure adherence to safety protocols
