The Field Production Technician will support all Service Department functions, including preventive maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. Experience in electrical wiring and mechanical bus installation is preferred. This position will require frequent travel for installation and service deployments. MCG reserves the right to modify or assign additional duties to this position based on operational needs. * Perform equipment startup, commissioning, and site acceptance testing (SAT) at customer locations. * Assist with troubleshooting electrical and control system failures in the field and provide corrective action recommendations. * Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and complete required service reports accurately and timely. * Verify wiring accuracy, torque specifications, and component labeling prior to energization. * Support inventory tracking and organization of field tools, parts, and consumables. * Interpret one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings to support installatio
