What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1-2 years working with ATS, control panels, switchgear, or similar power equipment, TWIC Card, Electrical wiring experience, Electrical buss work experience, Proficient with multimeters, Proficient with hand tools, Proficient with wiring equipment, Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting, Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Nice to Have

Technical diploma in Industrial Electrical, Maintenance, or related field, EGSA Certification, PLC programming experience, Relay programming experience, Familiarity with communication protocols, Experience with GE devices, Experience with Siemens devices, Experience with Woodward devices

What You'll Do.

Perform equipment startup

Assist with troubleshooting electrical and control system failures

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections

Verify wiring accuracy

Support inventory tracking and organization

Interpret diagrams for installations and repairs

Assist in preparing equipment for shipment and deployment

Participate in emergency service response

Maintain calibration and care of testing equipment

Document field modifications

Read and interpret electrical schematics

Assemble control panels and equipment

Perform pre-test and final system testing

Take direction from management and leads

Follow training instructions

Communicate professionally with customers and teams

Provide status updates to project managers

Represent the company professionally

Escalate technical or safety concerns

Participate in pre-task planning

and unsafe conditions

Ensure compliance with safety standards
