What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years in marketing operations, partner operations, event coordination, sales operations, or administrative support
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Experience navigating vendor, partner, or rebate portals, Experience booking travel and managing event logistics, Bachelor's degree
What You'll Do.
Own operational execution of partner MDF claiming
Manage MDF claim process end to end
Submit claims across partner portals
Gather proof-of-performance documentation
Manage claims through approval and payment
Support field event logistics
ground transportation
Manage ride-share reservations
Assist with event-day logistics
Support on-site execution
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate fluently across marketing, sales, and client-facing teams; Gather inputs cleanly; Align stakeholders without slowing momentum; Keep the right people informed; Partner with Finance on invoice processing; Coordinate with Field Marketing Managers; Work with partner alliance contacts
