deliver a flawless execution of products and services; improve efficiency; production; maximize reservoir value; ensure the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of our innovative equipment; maintaining a high level of safety awareness at the well site
Industry & Context.
Ability to work on-call 24x7, flexibility to work at well sites for extended periods of time, clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, Driving company vehicles in a safe manner, work on weekends as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent education, Class D or equivalent with Air Brake Endorsement, mechanical aptitude, Ability to work and communicate well with customers and employees, Ability to work on-call 24x7, flexibility to work at well sites for extended periods of time, clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, Ability utilized computers for communication, reporting and other work-related purposes, class G Ontario License or other provincial equivalent
Nice to Have
Previous Military experience, Career-minded individuals with a work ethic, Previous experience as a Wireline Field Operator / Completions Hand
What You'll Do.
Perform tool maintenance
Perform pre-job tool checkout
Perform post-job tool checkout
Rigging-up equipment at well site
Rigging-down equipment at well site
Service mechanical devices
Build logging cable heads
Perforate cable heads
Maintain well site records
Maintain transport records
Complete job-related paperwork
Complete other records
Promote customer relations
Maintain customer relations
Receive instructions on routine work
Receive detailed instructions on well site activity
Perform basic duties at well site
Perform basic duties at shop
Drive company vehicles safely
Observe Company regulations
Observe government regulations
Participate in quality improvement efforts
Supervise other Field Operators
Train other Field Operators
Maintain safety awareness at well site
Perform other related duties
