Our Wireline Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently. **Partner with the best** As a Field Operator V - WLE_FLD-F will competently manage base operations in support of ongoing Wireline operations onshore in South Australia. As a Field Operator V - WLE_FLD-F, you will be responsible for: * Assisting Service Delivery Coordinator - managing base operations, crew planning, training schedule's, base activities, supervision of wireline operations and workshop organization. * Ensuring equipment is in working condition and inspected according to local regulations. * Managing record keeping, including pressure control maintenance, lifting, and rigging equipment, wireline and E-Line unit maintenance and cable histories. * Assisting with training local personnel, published standard operating procedures, facilitating knowledge transfer, and developing local lessons learned. * Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. **Fuel your passion.** * Have high school diploma or trade background. * Have 5 - 8 years industry experience in wireline / E-Line operations. * Have extensive experience managing base operations. * Have supervisory experience in onshore and offshore operations. * Have excellent sense of teamwork, able to effectively manage base operations in support of an onshore and offshore environment. * Have familiarity with wireline / Eline pressure control equipment * Have valid dr
