About the Role As a Field Operator, you will serve as Traba's in-market operational hands — focused on recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market. Rather than being anchored to a single customer, you'll support the broader market and may interact with multiple customer sites as volume and coverage needs dictate. You'll be the local face of Traba to our workforce: building community partnerships, running onboarding sessions, and making sure every worker is vetted, prepared, and ready to succeed on their first shift.
