What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, recruiting instincts, Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, Professional demeanor, Flexible and adaptable, Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse and field environments
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Build relationships with workers across the market
Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers
Oversee worker vetting
Manage the full worker funnel
Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires
Distribute and manage PPE
