What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience, 3 - 5 years of experience in Training Management, Learning & Development, Operations Management or related areas, Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least 3 years
Nice to Have
Experience in both operational leadership and training support, Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle, Transportation, or Logistics industries, Experience with software/project management programs (e. g. Jira, Asana, etc.), Previous experience in a role requiring technical writing or technical reporting
