Eligibility Requirements

Climb ladders, Walk rooftops, Conduct attic inspections, Comfortable working on roofs, Comfortable using ladders, Comfortable working in tight or elevated spaces, Flexibility in working occasional weekends, Flexibility in working extended shifts, Flexibility in working holidays, Participation in safety briefings, Participation in training, Participation in field team huddles, Drive company-provided or approved vehicles between job sites, Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, Ability to climb and work from 30-foot ladders, Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and variable weather, Capable of working in attics and other confined spaces when necessary, Must be able to walk rooftops of varying slopes and materials

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED required, Must be 21 years of age, Possess a valid driver’s license, Maintain a clean driving record, Ability to pass a driving background check, Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, Ability to climb and work from 30-foot ladders, Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and variable weather, Capable of working in attics and other confined spaces when necessary, Able to walk rooftops of varying slopes and materials

Nice to Have

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, Previous PV design, PV installation or PV electrical experience (such as reading blueprints or plans, using tools and equipment, testing wiring or circuitry, National Electric Code knowledge, basic electrical theory knowledge, etc. ) is helpful, minimum of one year of field construction experience preferred

Collect structural data

Collect electrical data

Assess roof conditions

Assess electrical service panels

Assess property features

Conduct attic inspections

Perform post-installation inspection visits

Confirm installed systems match approved plans

Meet workmanship standards

Meet safety standards

Resolve inspection-related issues

Provide documentation

Discuss system installations with AHJ

Discuss system installations with customers

Review completed installations

Work with AHJ to schedule inspections

Work with Customer to schedule inspections

Follow daily schedules

Follow intraday schedules

Schedule work for yourself

Communicate with internal teams

Maintain assigned tools

Maintain safety equipment
