100% international travel to client sites across the EU, and occasionally outside the EU.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Comfortable with international travel, Excellent organizational and self-management skills, written and spoken English (B2+), Proactive mindset and comfort with new, ambiguous situations, Valid European driver's license, EU Citizenship without travel restrictions
Nice to Have
Experience in field support, logistics, QA, or customer service is a plus
What You'll Do.
Organise travel logistics
and budgeting for international site visits
Handle receipts and the reimbursement process
Represent the company during on-site deployments
Support on-site setup tasks and communicate clearly with client staff and internal operators
Document site conditions
and post-visit summaries
Coordinate with PM and Engineering to prepare and summarize site activities
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships by offering high-quality
