What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Full UK driving license, Previous experience in field engineer / field network engineer role, Willingness to travel and stay overnight across the UK, written, verbal, and ICT able to maintain accurate systems and reports, Experience in client-facing roles with proven customer service ability, Flexible team player, able to work independently to deadlines

Nice to Have

CCNA-level networking knowledge

What You'll Do.

Troubleshoot network and client device issues onsite

Perform network performance analysis

Respond to monitoring alerts

Conduct scheduled maintenance

Respond to live break-fix faults

Carry out wireless surveys

Support compliance with installation standards

Provide technical services for infrastructure installation

Commission remote sites onto Wifinity core network

Audit installation quality

Create and execute test procedures

Investigate and repair faults

Keep accurate records of changes

Maintain workflow process reports

Provide technical support

Ensure safe working conditions

Train and support Field Engineering staff

Upgrade switch firmware locally

Upgrade switch firmware via remote protocols

Verify router firmware versions

Configure DHCP options

How You'll Work.
