We’re seeking a dynamic Field Operations Coordinator to manage daily crew scheduling and support field operations for our Livermore, CA location. This role supports multiple crews working in erosion control, street sweeping, and dewatering operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent communication between field crews, customers, office staff and bilingual in Spanish. Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Schedule and coordinate daily work for multiple field crews. Take and update scheduling requests from clients and project managers. Communicate daily assignments and changes to field crews. Track crew locations, job progress, and completion updates. Help coordinate equipment, materials, and basic job needs.
