What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RN licensure required in state of residency, Current nursing license in good standing, 5 + yrs. clinical experience in healthcare, Valid driver’s license required, Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad technology
Nice to Have
BSN, Nurse educator experience preferred, Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and facilitate connection between patients and resources
Provide direct educational training to patients
Support multiple disease states and medications
Provide patient-focused education
Foster appropriate dialogue between patient and health care provider
Participate in one-on-one communications with patients
Interact with enrolled patients in person
