What You'll Achieve.

Industry & Context.
Must be able to work out of their home as needed, 90% local travel to customer retail locations using a company-supplied van, Some travel may to regional trade shows, associations and other Cambria locations as needed, Occasionally, overnight travel will be required, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials, ability to attend in person meetings, Ability to serve as a backup to the warehouse team as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in customer service, inventory management or sales required, Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Nice to Have
prior B2B or A&D experience is preferred, Salesforce strongly preferred, Concur strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
providing a premium customer experience to the assigned Cambria Business Partners
building relationships
driving a field merchandising strategy
product sample orders
assembling and delivering of product sample towers
Educate business partners and provide product knowledge materials
Propose merchandising investments for business partners
Schedule and deliver display units
and other marketing assets to business partners
Maintain Business Partners’ display units to promotional standards
Accurately input and update customer information
Provide samples for specific projects and update identified product libraries
Set up and tear down assets at local home and trade shows
Perform inventory management
Complete all data entry and paperwork associated with tracking of samples and merchandising assets
Complete housekeeping tasks internally and externally
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with several cross-functional departments (Operations, Customer Care, Sales, etc.); Collaborate and effectively work cross functionally with Operations, Sales, Business Partner Services and Samples Fulfillment teams as well as external customers; Interact and build relationships with internal and external partners providing updates on the sales strategy and escalate issues when appropriate; in collaboration with the Marketing team; in partnership with Distribution Center Manager
