What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 8+ years of experience in a related field, expert knowledge in area of responsibility with a understanding in adjacent areas for the development of creative solutions
Nice to Have
Demonstrated history of managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, field-based environment, Direct experience applying B2B omni-channel marketing principles and customer engagement across the full lifecycle, 7+ years of progressive marketing experience including both strategic and direct execution, including experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or sales support management roles in a decentralized market, preferably in B2B or distribution environments, Experience supporting or partnering with field teams and supplier partners to localize campaigns and drive engagement, project management experience with financial and budget knowledge, Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations, Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products

Executing White Cap’s go-to-market strategy at the regional level
Driving brand awareness
and profitable sales growth through high impact localized marketing initiatives
Developing and executing targeted strategic campaigns
branch-level activations
and trade show and conference participation
Partnering with local sales leaders to identify and build strategy and initiatives with high-impact opportunities to engage customers and prospects in-market
Serving as a brand ambassador for White Cap and our supplier partners at local trade shows
and association meetings
Supporting new branch openings
and strategic initiatives with tailored marketing support
Aligning marketing priorities with White Cap objectives
Providing feedback from the field to inform national marketing strategies and customer experience improvements
Ensuring all field marketing initiatives align with White Cap’s omni-channel strategy
Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of field marketing activities
Building and maintaining relationships with key supplier partners and field leadership to co-develop marketing programs
Maximizing supplier marketing funds through strategic planning
and post-event reporting
