We've built modern, AI-powered accounting software that empowers accounting firms and the founders they serve with real-time, comprehensive financial insights. Our platform drafts books in real time, integrates natively with Stripe, Ramp, Mercury, Brex, Gusto, and more and delivers AI-powered analysis that goes far beyond traditional accounting systems. Accounting is relationship-driven. Startups are network-driven. The way we win is through trust, presence, and relationships built in the room — and we need someone to own that motion end to end. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build and execute Puzzle's event presence across our two core audiences: accounting firms and founders/SMBs. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves being in the field, builds relationships naturally, and knows how to tie every activation back to pipeline. You will own the planning and execution of field events, online and in-person, across both of Puzzle's core segments. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure every event has clear objectives, structured follow-up, and measurable outcomes. This is not a strategy-only role. You'll be in the details — sourcing venues, coordinating with partners, managing logistics, and making sure Sales has everything they need to convert. Day-to-day work can be done remotely, but candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area are strongly preferred. Willingness to travel for conferences and events is required.
