4–7 years B2B event marketing experience, SaaS or tech environment experience, Own successful conference programs end-to-end, Event prioritization experience, Budget management experience, Cross-functional coordination experience, Vendor partnership experience, Onsite logistics experience, Business outcomes ownership experience, Comfort operating in fast-moving startup, Ability to travel up to 30%

Nice to Have

Experience working with nonprofits, Familiarity with grants management, Experience with startups, Build and scale event programs from scratch, Create playbooks, processes, repeatable frameworks, Experience marketing to mission-driven buyer, Experience leading owned event formats
