Must Have
Highly organized and self-driven leadership and communication skills, Comfortable traveling throughout Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Midland, and Traverse City, Ability to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
Nice to Have
Leadership or management experience preferred, Home improvement industry experience preferred, Experience in field marketing, retail marketing, lead generation, promotions, operations, or canvassing preferred, Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
What You'll Do.
and develop the Field Marketing team
and train new team members
Hold team members accountable to KPIs and performance expectations

Track event performance
and appointment results
Support events and team operations Tuesday through Sunday across multiple Michigan markets
Oversee Costco roadshows
and retail events across Michigan
