6+ years in field marketing or event management, Owned events end-to-end — strategy, execution, budget, measurement — and have a clear track record of turning them into pipeline, Operate autonomously, Make decisions, push back when something isn't right, and communicate directly with senior leadership without hesitation, Organised, accountable, and comfortable under pressure, Managing a 100+ event calendar across multiple markets without losing sight of the detail — or the budget, or the ROI, Salesforce, HubSpot, or tools like them are part of how you work, CRM and marketing automation are non-negotiable, Treat AI as a genuine productivity lever, not a novelty, Curious, test new tools, and find ways to make them work for your specific challenges
Nice to Have
Background in hospitality tech, travel tech, or SaaS, Have — or are actively building — a professional network across the APAC hospitality or travel technology space

Own and manage the budget for field marketing activities
