Summary We’re looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the strategy and execution of Oasis’s regional field presence during a period of rapid growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, pipeline, and experience. You will architect and execute a high-impact regional events strategy - from flagship industry conferences to curated executive experiences - across US, and beyond. Your work will directly drive awareness, influence enterprise deals, and strengthen Oasis’s position as a category leader in identity security. What You’ll Do Regional Event Strategy: Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits. Full-Stack Execution: Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor regional management, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience anywhere in the world. Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every regional engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline. Strategic Insights: Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our regional strategy based on market trends and performance.
