Skillsoft accelerates growth in India, and we’re hiring an experienced Senior Field negotiate with venues and suppliers as-needed alongside the Field Marketing Manager Measurement track performance in CRM/marketing automation; and share clear readouts and recommendations Stakeholder Relations: Be the key point of contact for Skillsoft APAC stakeholder relationship with India regional VP of Sales and EVP of APAC Sales. Responsible for reporting, building trust, and ensuring clear and effective communication at all times Skills & Qualifications Required 12+ years of professional B2B Marketing Strategy experience, with deep ownership of in-person events/field marketing programs in India (enterprise/SaaS preferred) Expert understanding of India enterprise buyer journeys, tech marketing channels, and regional nuances across major metros (e.g., Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune) Experience in and ability to independently run complex event programs end-to-end and influence senior stakeholders (sales leaders, executives, partners) without direct authority Excellent program management skills (communications, budgets, timelines, vendors, risk management) with a strong bias for measurable outcomes and continuous optimization SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees Strong event production instincts and vendor/agency negotiation skills (AV, fabrication, experiential, F&B, venues) with attention to detail and brand standards ABM and digital campaign experience required, with a track record of integrating these motions wi
