Must Have
Live in Washington, 5+ years of progressive marketing or care advocacy experience, preferably within the digital health, telehealth, or senior care industry, Proven expertise in developing and executing localized B2B2C partnerships/relationships, Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare/Medicaid and caregiver populations, Exceptional cross-functional collaboration proven ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Data teams, Able to and have a willingness to travel frequently within the target market region to forge/foster relationships with local organizations, execute events, and manage partnerships, Highly motivated, self-directed individuals comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

This role is crucial for establishing local brand presence, building trust within the dementia care ecosystem, and driving initial market adoption and enrollment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses a strong blend of strategic B2B2C and grassroots DTC marketing skills, and is passionate about improving access to specialized care. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING New Market Strategy & Launch (Growth Focus): - GTM Strategy: Develop, own, and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for Washington, integrating market research, local partner intelligence, and national brand strategy. - Targeted Campaigns: Advise marketing team on high-value multi-channel marketing tactics (e.g., local media, community outreach) specifically tailored to Washington dyads. - Patient Referrals& Nurturing: Drive patient referrals through community partnerships (B2B2C) and direct member enrollment (DTC). - Budget Management: Work closely with the Marketing team to manage and maximize budgets, ensuring we maximize company goals for new and active patients.
