As a Field Market Access Manager in AstraZeneca, you will drive sustainable access and uptake of AstraZeneca therapies across the Ministry of Health (MOH) system, expanding formulary inclusion, funding pathways, and utilization at national, state, and hospital levels. **What you’ll do** * Stakeholder engagement: Build trusted relationships with MOH decision-makers, state health directors, hospital administrators, pharmacy and therapeutics (P&T) committees, clinical KOLs, and procurement units to shape access decisions and pathways. * Access strategy execution: Translate national access strategies into field action plans targeting MOH institutions; prioritize high-impact accounts, indications, and pathways (formularies, tenders, pilot programs, EPU procurement, APPL listings, etc.). * Policy and pathway navigation: Monitor MOH policies, budget cycles, HTA processes, and guideline updates; identi
