What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of experience, 5+ years of experience in leading Commercial / Controlling / Plant Controlling function with multiple manufacturing units, Professional certifications such as Cost Accounting (ICWAI), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or equivalent is mandatory
Nice to Have
Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, or a related field is preferred, Experience in capital expenditure (CapEx) management is desired, Experience in managing P&L responsibilities is desired, Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices in financial operations is desired
