5-7 years’ experience leading Fleet Maintenance teams, 7+ years’ experience of fleet maintenance and repair as a heavy-duty technician, Experienced with creating standardized operating procedures, Streamlining processes experience, Must excel at managing and influencing operational and administrative processes, Demonstrated ability to build and continuously motivate highly effective teams, Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures, General knowledge of industry regulations, Solid project management skills, Solid resource planning skills, Solid oral communication skills, Solid written communication skills, Analytical skills, Expertise in researching, Expertise in interpreting data, Expertise in data management, Expertise in report generation, High degree of autonomy, Team oriented, Ability to work cross-functionally, Proficiency with computers, High School diploma required
