This role is responsible for technician hiring, training, performance management, and day-to-day KPIs to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely service delivery. The Field Manager oversees maintenance and repair activities, drives adherence to service standards and safety protocols, troubleshoots complex service issues, and partners with clients and vendors to resolve challenges. Increasingly, this role is also a data-informed one. The Field Manager is expected to track, interpret, and act on operational metrics – not just manage what's in front of them.
