Set performance expectations

Conduct technician one-on-ones

Ensure team alignment

Maintain maintenance program

Serve as remote technical resource

Guide technicians through repairs

Escalate to vendors or specialists

Execute client service agreements

Monitor service completion rates

Monitor service quality

Address substandard work

Provide data-backed recommendations

Assist in parts purchasing

Track parts usage trends

Flag unusual consumption

Flag vendor quality issues

Own operational reporting

Ensure data timeliness
