Must Have
Degree in Community Development/ Public health or related fields, Two years’ of experience in field operation, project operation, Excellent organizational, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills, Ability to engage with local communities, partners and government authorities, Computer Literacy, Local Language Skills

Support Project Officer in coordination
Ensure compliance to donor requirements
Work closely with local communities
Coordinate with LGU and Authorities
Data collection and requested tasks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the local communities, BHWs, BHSs, RHUs and other key stakeholders; Support the Project Officer, coordinator and other Program Managers; Co-ordinate with LGU, Local Authorities and Government and key stakeholder
Communication Scope
negotiation skills; interpersonal skills; Ability to engage with local communities
Process & Methodology
Project implementation, Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate activities
