Job Overview \- Supervise and manage end-to-end fieldwork execution for primary market research projects (quantitative and qualitative) \- Ensure high-quality data collection aligned with project objectives, timelines, and compliance standards Essential Functions \- Plan, coordinate, and oversee fieldwork activities across multiple research projects \- Recruit, train, and manage field investigators/interviewers \- Assign fieldwork tasks and monitor daily productivity and progress \- Ensure adherence to research methodologies, sampling plans, and client requirements \- Conduct regular quality checks (back-checks, validation calls, spot checks, audits) \- Manage logistics including scheduling, travel, permissions, and materials for field teams \- Troubleshoot field challenges and provide on-ground problem resolution \- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion within budget \- Maintain accurate fieldwork documentation and reporting \- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (project managers, data processing teams) \- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and company standards Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree Req • 3 years of related experience Req • Analytic and project management skills IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
