The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in wireline operations, with a preference for those who have worked with Baker Hughes products. In this role, you will lead a team of field operators, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wireline services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As a **Field Supervisor - Wireline** , you will be responsible for: * Under broad direction leads crews and equipment at the workshop and wellsite in the execution of wireline logging and completions services * Minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the completions equipment. * Working with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig. * Providing a record of all assemblies as run at the well site to the Customer Representative and promotes and maintains good customer relations. * Being primary contact to work with the Customer Representative advising them on the current challenges at the wellsite exerting significant latitude in determining how to best troubleshoot the well. * Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained. * Leading and developing a project resources team to successfully execute strategies for the management of customer projects. * Showing flexibility and be adaptable to changes to accommodate operations timing, travel requirements and hitch duration. ​
