What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of experience in field engineering or project engineering, Proficient in utilizing construction management software such as InEight (Plan, Control, Document & Compliance Modules) or comparable platforms, Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam software, Understanding of basic engineering calculations and project costing/scheduling fundamentals, Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) required prior to hire or within 30 days of onboarding
Nice to Have
B. S. in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, Experience with starting up and commissioning power or industrial plants or systems is preferred, NCCCO Rigger Level II certification candidates with or without Level certification may be considered with the expectation to obtain Level II within 180 days of hire

Oversee the Requests for Information (RFI) process
Manage the preparation of construction and installation work packages for assigned disciplines
Conduct walk-downs to monitor progress on work packages and ensure timely completion
Track and report production quantities
Assist in turnover processes with construction and startup/commissioning teams

Working closely with project leaders; Participate in project team meetings; Collaborate with customers, engineers, and subcontractors; Build relationships with superintendents; providing clear and timely technical support for field execution; Assist in turnover processes with construction and startup/commissioning teams

communicating updates to project control and management teams; providing clear and timely technical support
Process & Methodology
project costing, project scheduling, cost estimates for change order submissions, project closeout
