Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. _**Job Description:**_ Parsons are seeking a skilled **Field Engineer – Pavement** **(Airfield)** to support the execution and supervision of airfield pavement works on a major airport runway development project. This role focuses on the construction, quality control, and coordination of flexible and rigid pavement systems, ensuring compliance with aviation authority standards, approved drawings, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in pavement engineering, preferably within airport, airfield, or large-scale transportation infrastructure projects. **What You 'll Be Doing;** * Supervise on-site pavement construction activities including subgrade preparation, base and sub-base layers, asphalt paving, and concrete pavement works. * Ensure runway, taxiway, and apron pavements are constructed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications. * Monitor paving operations, layer thickness, compaction, temperatures, and finishing tolerances. * Coordinate with QA/QC teams and laboratories for field and laboratory testing including density, gradation, asphalt content, concrete strength, and smoothness. * Verify compliance with ICAO / FAA / local aviation authority pavement requirements. * Identify quality issues, NCRs, and support implementation of corrective actions. * Coordinate with survey teams to verify horizontal and vertical alignments, crossfalls, slopes, and tolerances for airfield pavements. * Assist in verification of levels, profiles, and as-built data. * Liaise with construction, pl
