This role will cover the South East England (Kent & Sussex) territory. **_Your new role:_** As a Field Engineer you will be a key member of the service and support team. You will work in collaboration with the Account Manager, Field Application Specialist(s) and Administration colleagues. You will work mainly at the customers' premises (hospital laboratories) to help with the maintenance, modification, upgrading, repairing and installing of clinical chemistry & transfusion medicine laboratory equipment. You will join an experienced team of Field Engineers. Within your role you will be responsible for scheduling workload, modifications, and maintenance visits within territory to minimize system down time and maintain high level of customer satisfaction, to meet the key performance indicators (KPI’s) set by service contracts.
