Frequent travel to Rochester, NY, Ability to travel up to 75% domestic and/or international, Move about to set up and manage classroom environments, Bending, reaching, and standing for prolonged periods, Carrying luggage and training materials, Navigating airports, Possibly driving to various locations, Lift up to 50 lbs, Standing for prolonged periods of time
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering preferred) or equivalent 2 years experience, 5+ years of experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electrotechnical systems, Demonstrated experience delivering technical training (in-person and/or virtual), communication and presentation skills, Ability to travel up to 75% domestic and/or international
Nice to Have
Experience training on diagnostic or regulated medical devices, Experience with video-based, blended or classroom learning design and development, Instructor certification (QuidelOrtho or equivalent), Experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools
What You'll Do.
Deliver high quality instrumentation training
Facilitate training for internal customers
and modification of FE training equipment
Assist in the development of training content
Coordinate and manage classroom inventories
Maximize training outcomes
Participate on cross-functional teams
Build and maintain sound working relationships
Perform ride-along activities
Perform other work-related duties
