Travel to project sites as necessary for extended durations, Site work may involve extended periods of standing or walking, required PPE, potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather

Must Have
computer aptitude, MS Office, understand project scope through plans and specifications
Nice to Have
AutoCAD Civil 3D software, Primavera P6 scheduling software, Microsoft Project scheduling software, USACE QCS System, site surveying, both conventional and GPS, development of cost estimates and proposals, In-Situ Stabilization, materials procurement and purchasing, 40 Hour HAZWOPER training, Competent Person Safety Training, 8-Hour Supervisory Training, 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training, First Aid and CPR
What You'll Do.
Prepare project submittals
Maintain project record documents
Perform technical review of plans and specifications
Provide oversight and documentation for quality control
Prepare daily construction reports
Track project progress
Manage and interpret site surveying
Assist with subcontractor management
Assist with equipment and material procurement
Assist Project Manager with cost reporting
Assist in development of cost estimates
Assist in development of proposals
Assist with material take-offs
Perform technical analysis of remediation projects
Perform administrative or office duties
Travel to project sites
Adhere to regulations
Perform additional assignments
