Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Experience designing and delivering training, Proven ability to deliver clinical/technical training, Presentation and facilitation skills, Track record of developing training, Project management skills, Able to work effectively in a matrix

Nice to Have

Good knowledge of healthcare cardiology devices/technology, Familiarity with LMS, digital learning, or training impact measurement, Prior sales or field experience

What You'll Do.

Deliver clinical and technical training

Support HCP education and customer training

Align training programmes with HF strategy

Design and deliver innovative

Plan and execute UK training events

Support internal certification and technical sign-off

Drive training for product launches

Partner with sales and marketing

Provide on-site clinical and technical support

Support and deliver patient education

Coach and develop sales representatives

Collaborate with HCPs and internal teams

Track training effectiveness

Manage training data and feedback

Contribute to operating plans
