Up to 100% travel across the United States, Comfortable being on the road for extended periods, Ability to independently book and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries, Must be 21+ in order to rent a vehicle from preferred providers, Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 Certification within 45 days of hire, Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights (ladders, lifts, rooftops), Ability to lift and carry equipment (75+ lbs), Live within 60 miles of a major airport
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with drone systems, surveillance technology, or public safety environments, Experience in field-based work, such as construction, low-voltage installation, telecommunications, or similar technical environments, FAA Part 107 Certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire, Valid driver’s license, Ability to travel extensively, Possession of acceptable identification for TSA air travel (e.g., REAL ID or passport), Familiarity with MacOS, Windows, or Android, Ability to work independently or in small groups while managing tasks in a fast-paced environment, Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights (ladders, lifts, rooftops), Ability to lift and carry equipment (75+ lbs), Live within 60 miles of a major airport

Associate and/or bachelor degree
What You'll Do.
Support the nationwide deployment of our Drone as a First Responder (DFR) program
and troubleshoot DFR systems across the U. S.
Conduct site assessments to confirm power
and access requirements
Install and configure hardware including cameras
and supporting infrastructure
Complete installation documentation
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and applicable codes

Work closely with internal teams and public safety customers; Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve field operations

Communicate effectively with customers during installation and support activities
