What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires extensive experience in senior customer-facing technical leadership roles (e.g., Field CTO, VP of Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect), deep expertise in enterprise AI technologies (LLMs, AI orchestration, integrations, security, deployment), and proven success in enterprise sales cycles. Must have leadership experience managing technical teams and exceptional communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Experience creating technical enablement programs, scalable demonstration environments, repeatable customer engagement frameworks, and a track record in public speaking/thought leadership. A commercially minded approach with an understanding of business outcomes and customer value realization is also preferred.

The role combines executive-level customer engagement, technical leadership, and team development, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You will influence complex enterprise purchasing decisions, guide organizations through AI transformation journeys, and establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will help define technical narratives, refine market positioning, and create scalable frameworks that accelerate customer success. This position offers significant visibility, ownership, and the chance to build a high-impact technical evangelism function from the ground up. ## Accountabilities Lead technical strategy throughout enterprise sales engagements, participating in discovery sessions, executive briefings, and solution validation discussions with prospective customers. Serve as the primary technical authority during customer conversations, translating complex AI architectures into clear business outcomes and measurable value propositions. Design customer-specific solution approaches using modular AI architectures while addressing technical concerns related to integrations, scalability, security, and deployment.
