About the Field CTO role The Field CTO plays a critical role in helping enterprise organisations define and execute modern transformation strategies centred around AI, modern software engineering and digital product innovation. This is a highly strategic, client-facing leadership role focused on executive advisory, solution shaping and market development. The successful candidate will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify where AI can create measurable business value, modernise enterprise technology landscapes, and reshape customer and operational experiences. You will combine commercial acumen, strategic thinking and deep engineering credibility to help clients evolve from traditional digital transformation programmes toward intelligent, AI-enabled enterprises.
