What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in field management within the civil construction industry required, Valid state driver’s license and ability to qualify under the Company’s driving policy required, Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 certification, USACE CQM certification, Resident Management System (RMS) experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Direct on-site supervision and execution of civil construction projects
Oversee all phases of project construction
Ensure successful project completion within budget
Manage and supervise field personnel
Coordinate and update project schedules
Oversee inspections and quality control
Enforce job site safety standards
Interact with owners’ representatives and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with plans
and contract requirements
Monitor project costs
Prepare required reports and documentation
Collaborate with Estimator
and Project Engineers
Ensure on-site safety compliance
Review subcontractors’ daily reports
Document daily project activities
Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials
Ensure construction activities comply with policies
Maintain current project schedules and completion documentation
Communicate project status updates
Represent the company during project meetings
Prepare and maintain reports related to project progress
Coordinate with dispatch personnel to assign workers and resources
Assist Project Manager with cost-to-complete analyses and revenue forecasting
Perform other duties as assigned

Collaborate with the Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Engineers; Interact with owners’ representatives and subcontractors; Represent the company during project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
