They possess a unique drive, underpinned by the desire to help improve Africa’s urban development. **JOB SUMMARY** The Field Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising, overseeing, and coordinating civil construction activities on site to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, project schedules and company procedures. The role involves monitoring site progress, resolving technical issues, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, conducting inspections, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
